JOHNSON: David W. Johnson and Frank P. Johnson (2003). Joining Together: Group Theory and Group Skills, Eighth Edition. Longwood (Allyn and Bacon); paperback; ISBN = 0-205-36740-2

A lot of Johnson and Johnson is exercises and applications so don't worry that you can't manage the readings. Let's see what we can do to implement it.
